Another option of Flutter Model Supervisor: fvm in shell

I am a frontend developer and not too long ago have some paintings to do with Flutter, want to transfer Flutter edition in numerous tasks.

For Nodejs now we have [nvm](https://github.com/nvm-sh/nvm) to regulate and turn node edition.

I have attempted the [dart-version fvm](https://github.com/fluttertools/fvm), however it does no longer paintings very similar to nvm.

So I launched [a shell-version fvm](https://github.com/fvm-sh/fvm). Somebody who must paintings with multi flutter edition and run into issues of dart-version fvm may have check out with this [shell-version fvm](https://github.com/fvm-sh/fvm).
