Program on more than one computer systems and just one major laptop

So, Im short of a program that may be on more than one computer systems and from each and every laptop in an effort to enter other knowledge kind

Ex Pc 1 – pictures

laptop 2 – costs

laptop 3 – studies

And different information. So I need to know if it is conceivable to do that or how you can do it and even have a major Pc (just one) the place all of the information will also be seen however for the remainder of the computer systems no longer.
