Taste the thing nav in 223 like “buttons”

Hi guys, i am creating a web site the use of the theme 223, first i ponder whether designers use it so incessantly after they need to create a web site (ignoring elemntor) or it is simply restricted for you?

the second one quastion, i am seeking to taste the navgaton pieces, to form the energetic one as a button, and with out a good fortune, someone has an concept if it is imaginable and if there is a paintings round?
