twitter_api_v2 supported the function for importing symbol

Hello Dart Builders,

twitter_api_v2 supported the function for importing symbol!

Twitter API v2.0 does no longer formally supply an endpoint for importing media, so v1.1 endpoint is used. I’ve tentatively supported this since the call for for media uploads appears to be very prime. These days, simplest symbol uploads are supported, however I plan to make stronger endpoints that may add GIF pictures and different media.

On the other hand, if a media add endpoint is launched as v2.0, this specification would possibly alternate. Please stay that during thoughts.
