Tips for use
If water does not come out at the first use, you can fill the water tank, turn the product upside down, and turn it on to solve the problem. The reason for this problem is that air enters the valve and creates negative pressure.
How long can it last after charge?
Mine has lasted 1 month without a single charge. Everyone’s usage is different, but I think it can last at least three to four weeks. And the product detail say that it will last 30 days
Do you need to add water many times during use?
No, this water tank has a capacity of 300ml, cleaning for 2 minutes is enough for me. I don’t think most people should need to add water again. But everyone’s habits are different, maybe you need it.
Where can you get replacement tips?
You can find it on the product details page. When I bought the flosser before, I bought the nozzle by the way. It is very suitable and it is the original accessory.
Does the package include the charging adapter?
No. But I think it doesn’t matter. It is enough to get a cable, which can be compatible with my mobile phone adapter and computer USB socket. It’s convenient for charging.
